How can I help the SCD Community?

BECOME A CARISMA HEALTH COACH!

What is CaRISMA?

CaRISMA is a program for adults with sickle cell disease (SCD) that experience daily pain. The goal of the program is to identify treatments that do not rely only on opioids/narcotics or other medications. Participants learn about SCD or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) via short interactive lessons and check in regularly with their own personal health coach who supports and encourages them along the way.
